Program Highlights

The Master of Science degree in Leadership and Organizational Development (M.S. in LOD) provides adult learners and working professionals with a graduate-level learning experience that is accessible, affordable and includes an integration of Franciscan worldview and values.

Our program prepares organizational leaders, individuals in the field of health care and human resources professionals the opportunity to work collaboratively for the purpose of developing and implementing strategies that sustain high levels of individual, team and organizational performance.

Graduates of the LOD program will develop as lifelong learners and translate that experience into an increased capacity for sustained high levels of performance expressed in the workplace given the following program goals:

  • Maintain the relevancy and value of our program curriculum by aligning program and course content with highly regarded and reputable industry standards that identify requisite knowledge, skill and ability among leaders, human resource development and health care.
  • Maintain thematic learning goals in the areas of: leadership development, organizational development, change management and process/systems.
  • Consistently seek to improve the learning experience of our students and program delivery.
