Graduate Business (MS-LOD) Cohort

Silver Lake College of the Holy Family is expanding and offering its graduate programs in the Wausau, Wisconsin area. Beginning in Fall (August) 2019 we are establishing a cohort of students for the Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Development (MS-LOD) program. MS-LOD students from the Manitowoc and Wausau locations will be combined to participate in this multi-disciplined program through a hybrid model of delivery, a model that combines both online and in-person meetings. Students in the Wausau area will meet at the Northcentral Technical College campus.

We will maintain our reputable student-teacher ratio so that we can maintain the student-centric focus and quality of relationships with fellow students and the instructors we are known to provide to our students. Six of the 11 courses offered in the hybrid format will meet three times during an eight-week block (weeks 1, 4 and 8) at their respective locations, and unite in the online platform during other weeks of the eight-week course schedule. The other five courses are offered in an online format with the option for live connection through web conferencing.

The MS-LOD program is designed to connect working adults, specifically organizational leaders and organizational development professionals, to work collaboratively and to leverage problem/project-based applied learning as they develop the business acumen necessary to contribute to their organization’s competitive advantage through its most vital asset – the talent represented in its workforce.

Applications should be submitted by July 31, 2019 for guaranteed entry.
